Expatriate's emergency medical fees must be paid by sponsors E-mail

MP Dr. Waleed Al-Tatabaie has proposed that the fees of medical tests, X-rays and surgeries conducted for expatriate workers in case of emergency should be paid by the sponsor of the company sponsoring the expatriate workers.
Al-Tatabaie submitted a proposal to the Parliament in which he said that some foreigners involved in accidents have to pay for medical tests, X-rays and surgeries on their own. He added that paying such fees by the sponsors will reduce the nefarious practice of visa trading and will protect public funds.

MP Al-Tatabaie also proposed giving nature of work allowance of 150-200 Kuwaiti dinars for social workers working at public schools. He said he appreciated the role played by social workers at schools, adding that approving such allowance will
